2. PRICES

3. ORDERS / PAYMENTS

3.1 When placing an order, you must provide accurate personal and delivery details, including a correct mobile number and barangay address. We accept payment via major credit/debit cards, GCash, Maya, or bank transfer.

3.2 An order is only considered confirmed once you receive an official email or SMS confirmation of dispatch/delivery.

3.3 Orders cannot be placed by persons under the age of 18.


4. DELIVERY

4.1 We offer delivery within Basilan, Jolo, Tawi-tawi, Zamboanga City and surrounding barangays. For delivery to other municipalities or provinces, please contact us for availability and special arrangements.

4.2 Orders placed on Sundays or Philippine public holidays will be processed the following working day.

4.3 Please ensure all delivery details are accurate. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delays.

4.4 While we aim to meet all delivery requests, we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific time or date in all circumstances. We will contact you in case of delays.

4.5 Deliveries to third-party locations (e.g., offices, hospitals, hotels, ports) will be considered successful if accepted by an authorized representative. We do not deliver alcohol or plants to hospitals or ports.

4.6 If the recipient is unavailable, we may leave the item with a neighbor, at a designated reception area, or attempt redelivery after contacting the recipient.

4.7 You may specify delivery notes (e.g., building number, hospital ward, etc.) at checkout, but we reserve the right to follow our standard procedures if these requests are not feasible.


5. CANCELLATIONS

5.1 Orders can be amended or cancelled up to 24 hours before the intended delivery date.

5.3 You have the right to cancel any payment made fraudulently on your card and seek a refund subject to proper verification.
